01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "ct444" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to ct444.club, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents operating the online gaming and sports betting platform.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, deposits funds into, or otherwise uses the ct444 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on the ct444 platform, associated with a unique username, email address, and PKR wallet.
• "PKR Wallet" — the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance associated with a Player's ct444 Account, funded through supported payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT.
• "Gaming Services" — all casino games, slot titles, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, virtual sports, and any other wagering products available through the ct444 platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spins, cashback offer, deposit match, or other incentive made available to Players subject to specific wagering requirements and terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required by ct444's international gaming licence obligations before withdrawal processing or account limit increases.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By creating a ct444 account, making a deposit, or using any Gaming Services on the ct444 platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with ct444 and confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all forms of access to ct444, including but not limited to desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any future native application releases. Access from any device — whether in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, or elsewhere — constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

03 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use ct444 Gaming Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ct444 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Underage gambling is a serious harm — ct444 will immediately suspend and permanently close any account found to be operated by a person under 21, and any funds in such accounts may be forfeited.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from ct444.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law, and it is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing ct444 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from ct444 or from any other gambling operator through a self-exclusion programme that extends to ct444.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of ct444 or any of its affiliated gaming providers.

04 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) ct444 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared device/IP combinations — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering your ct444 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information whenever it changes to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• Keep your account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify ct444 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, until such time as you have notified ct444 of a suspected security breach.

ct444 reserves the right to refuse account registration or suspend an existing account at its sole discretion, including where ct444 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or where account registration would breach applicable licence obligations.

05 Deposits & Payment Methods

ct444 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (Tether). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per rolling period, and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of deposit.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your PKR Wallet in real time or within the processing timeframe of the selected payment method. ct444 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure.
• ct444 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges — these are your sole responsibility.
• ct444 reserves the right to return a deposit to its source if KYC verification has not been completed, if the deposit triggers an AML flag, or if the deposit method is later found to be associated with fraudulent activity.
• USDT deposits are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting. Exchange rate fluctuations are the Player's own risk.

06 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of real-money PKR balances (excluding any locked bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a valid CNIC, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. Requests below the minimum threshold will be declined and must be resubmitted once the balance meets the minimum.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one to three business days following KYC approval. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer requests.
• ct444 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals above certain thresholds as required by our AML compliance obligations.
• Withdrawal requests may be reversed back to your PKR Wallet if not collected or processed within the applicable validity window, subject to notification to your registered contact details.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

ct444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, cashback, and PSL-specific cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms and must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, bonuses may only be used on eligible games as designated in the promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at any one time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the voiding of one or more bonus balances.
• ct444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including if ct444 has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is abusing the bonus system or participating in coordinated bonus abuse with other accounts.
• Bonuses are issued in PKR and are not transferable, exchangeable for cash prior to completion of wagering requirements, or applicable to account-to-account transfers.
• Any winnings generated from free spins will be credited as bonus funds subject to the applicable wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion.

08 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ct444 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology tested and approved by independent testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect actual game mechanics as documented by the game's certified provider.

• The outcome of all casino games, slots, and live dealer tables is determined solely by the certified RNG and game mechanics. ct444 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the stated game mechanics.
• In sports betting, ct444 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by technical errors, data feed failures, or events that are subsequently cancelled or abandoned by the governing body, in accordance with the specific sport's betting rules.
• ct444 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed on odds that were published due to a manifest technical error. "Manifest error" means an obvious and clear mistake in the offered odds, such as odds inversely reflecting the probability of an outcome.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or withdrawn at ct444's discretion during fast-moving match events. Bets already confirmed prior to suspension are honoured.
• All gaming transactions — bets placed, game outcomes, winnings credited — are logged and stored in accordance with our licence obligations. Players may request a transaction history from their account dashboard.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ct444 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud & Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider, or using stolen or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer poker formats.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus structures through coordinated multi-account operations, using software to track and exploit wagering requirement loopholes, or any other form of structured bonus manipulation.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated betting software, exploits, hacks, or any third-party software that interacts with the ct444 platform in an automated or non-human manner.
• Money Laundering: Using the ct444 platform as a vehicle for depositing, cycling, and withdrawing funds for the purpose of laundering money. ct444 is obligated by its international gaming licence to report suspected money laundering activity.
• Identity Fraud: Registering using another person's identity, providing false KYC documents, or misrepresenting your age, nationality, or residency status.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets based on insider knowledge of predetermined match outcomes, or participating in or facilitating match-fixing in any sport available on ct444's sportsbook.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ct444 platform — including but not limited to the ct444 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, software architecture, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ct444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ct444 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ct444 content or software in any manner. Any unauthorised use of ct444 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

11 Responsible Gaming

ct444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all its services. Our international gaming licence mandates that we maintain documented responsible gaming tools and make them readily accessible to all account holders. Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity — if it stops being fun, it is time to use the tools ct444 provides.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account security centre. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set time reminders and hard session limits that automatically log out the account after a defined period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Players may set rolling loss limits that prevent further wagering once the defined loss threshold is reached within the specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the ct444 platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible during the exclusion period and will result in the account being locked from all Gaming Services.
• Reality Checks: ct444 provides periodic on-screen notifications during extended gaming sessions reminding Players of their session duration and net gaming result.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ct444 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ct444 platform or any Gaming Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of PKR funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are subject to the inherent risk of wagering and the certified RNG mechanics of each game.
• Interruption or unavailability of the ct444 platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials, resulting in unauthorised access by a third party.
• Any indirect financial losses, loss of data, or reputational harm arising from the use of the ct444 platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, ct444's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their ct444 Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Termination

Either party may terminate a Player's ct444 account under the following circumstances:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may request permanent closure of your account at any time by contacting ct444 support via live chat. Any real-money PKR balance remaining at the time of closure (excluding locked bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC and AML verification procedures.
• ct444-Initiated Termination: ct444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account immediately and without prior notice if the Player has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false KYC documentation, or if termination is required to fulfil ct444's obligations under its international gaming licence.
• Regulatory Requirement: ct444 may be required by its licensing authority or by applicable law to terminate accounts associated with certain jurisdictions, identities, or transaction patterns without the ability to provide advance notice to the affected Player.

Upon termination for breach or prohibited conduct, ct444 reserves the right to forfeit all balances — including both real-money PKR and bonus funds — held within the terminated account. ct444 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account termination where such termination is in compliance with these Terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ct444 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your ct444 account, or any Gaming Services, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Direct Resolution: Contact ct444 customer support via live chat or at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. ct444 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, you may escalate the complaint in writing to ct444's designated complaints officer. ct444 will conduct a formal review and respond within 20 business days.
• Step 3 — Licensing Authority: If a dispute remains unresolved after exhausting ct444's internal complaints process, Players may refer the matter to ct444's licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism as a final recourse.

Players agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding against ct444.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ct444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ct444 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the ct444 platform for a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ct444 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13. ct444 maintains a version history of these Terms and prior versions are available upon request by contacting our support team.
